Q: What is the chip made of? A: Made with a high density polymer composite to give it a professional clay feel, this is an affordable casino quality chip. Q: What size are the personalized poker chips? A: Each poker chip is 10grams and 39.5mm in diameter and about 3.34mm thick. These look, sound and feel the same as other true casino chips. Q: What is the difference between ceramic chips and plastic chips with stickers? A: Ceramic chips can be imprinted with vivid full colour directly onto the chips faces which gives a more professional feel than plastic chips and there is no need for stickers. Ceramic chips are of higher quality and look and feel far superior, they are used in casinos worldwide as well as by many poker stars around the world.
Q: How are the chips personalized? A: Our personalized poker chips feature full colour photo-quality graphics printed using professional quality printers. Our chips are water proof and highly durable so the chips look great even after long use. The full face of these chips can fully customised so you can have any picture, logo, design, photos, drawings, denominations, artistic text, combinations of photos and text, whatever you like! Either email us your design or use one of our designs and change whatever part of the chip you like. Q: Rough or smooth texture on the face of the chip? A: This is purely down to the customers preference, they have a very slightly different feel and the printing quality is the same. Textured chips may stack better due to their textured surface(less slip). Q: Aligned or non-aligned? A: Aligned chips means that the color strips etc. extend from the faces directly to the edgespots. It is natural for ABS chips as those are injected from the mold. Unfortunately this would be extremely difficult for ceramic chips as these are printed by a semi hand made process. So to line up the edge spots with the faces the productivity drop s to only 1/5 of normal production speed, and at the same time there will be some waste as the chips won't always be perfectly aligned. Due to the production speed and waste increase pricing for these is more expensive. However you can design the chips so there would be no need for alignment. Q: How many denominations can I have? A: You can have maximum of 5 different denominations for 1000pcs sets. If you are ordering more then you are able to have more denominations. Q: Is the chip customized on both sides? A: Yes, not only can we fully customise both faces of the chip, we can also fully customise the rolling edge too.
Q: Do you offer design service? A: No, but if you send us your logo/design/image we can use existing designs and colours from our stock design chips and apply your logo/design/image to it. Q: Does it cost more if I send you my own graphic as opposed to using one of your stock designs? A: No, the price is the same. Q: What image formats are acceptable? A: We prefer photoshop files. JPG is usable. Artwork with high resolution no less than 300dpi and saved in CMYK format. Q: What image can I use? A: Select from our available designs, or use your own photo or image. Remember, the better quality the image is, the better the print quality will be. Q: Will you show me what the chip looks like before you begin production? A: Absolutely. We will not begin production until you are satisfied with your chips. We can send you a photo of your chips or you can choose to have your prototypes sent to you.
Q: What is the difference between samples and prototypes? A: Samples are our in stock design chips that we send out to customers so they can get a good feel and to see the quality of our chips. Prototypes are chips we make with the customers own design/logo/image on if they wish to see their customised chips before we begin production. Q: Is there a charge for samples and prototypes? A: Our samples are free, however there is shipping cost via UPS that we expect the customer to pay for. For prototypes there is a small charge for each denomination/design of chip we produce at the customers request. If the customer wishes to have the prototypes sent to them then they will also need to pay a shipping fee via UPS, or we can take photos of the chips and send them via email if the customer so chooses.

We CANNOT take credit card payment directly. Production time We are able produce a complete 15,000 chips from raw material to fully printed end product daily. Shipping We ship from Hong Kong to around the world via UPS only! We only use our UPS account, however you can use your own forwarder and pick up your orders from us if you wish to. Delivery Time Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from when you approve your proof. Shipping time is then another 2 to 5 days depending on your location. Q: Do you sell poker tables and other supplies? A: No. We specialize in custom personalized poker chips and have added a few other high quality poker theme party favors to our product line. Most of the companies that do sell poker tables, etc. along with personalized poker chips are not the actual manufacturers of any items.
